Premier Fruit & Vegetables is a long established and respected family business, which along with our supply companies, has provided dedicated service to our customers for over 35 years.

Premier Fruit & Vegetables was established 35 years ago by Stan Fisk, Martin’s father. Originally Premier Providores and Quality Providores, these family-run businesses supplied over one hundred food service customers.

Every school holidays, Stan would get Martin up in the early hours of the morning to take him to Sydney Markets to help out; and thus a passion for the industry was born! Stan taught Martin the importance of hard work and self discipline, but most significantly the importance of fostering a great relationship with our customers.

Martin has now owned and run the business for over 20 years, in which time it has continually evolved to cater to both our customers and the industry’s changing needs.

As Managing Director, Martin has utilised his extensive industry knowledge and experience to service our many loyal clients.

Our journey over the next few years is an exciting one for the business and our amazing team as we implement our ideas on how we can add value for our customers.
